This is the bar that has to be classed as bordering on the spectacular by comparison to the more conventional bars, and hard to believe it is the offspring of its modest namesake on Khao San Road. But loads of tables, wall-to-wall girls ready for a game, and many who are eager for much more. The food is burger and buns and all the best of American pool hall fare, but not quite up to Hard Rock Café standards. (Ed. Is he serious?)

Gulliver's is a great place for bar room players to improve their game. You don't get too many "top level" players here, but always plenty of decent talent to test you. Despite the numerous tables, they are almost always busy and you may find you have a long wait for a game. The winner stays on rule is good, allowing those who get their eye in quickly to get a lot of games for the inital Bt20.
